Conditions of purchase.

Custom fees for international orders only (outside of North America):

As all orders are shipped directly from Canada, you may be susceptible to customs fees. Customs fees will be charged upon the package reaching the country of destination. 

You are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes imposed by your country. The payment of these fees is mandatory to release your order from customs.

The total of your order displayed on the checkout page does not include custom fees. 

Customs and import tax varies depending on the country you reside in. The carrier will inform you if any additional fees are required.

If you choose to refuse to pay customs fees, your package might be returned to Dignitii or might be discarded by the carrier. If it is discarded, you are not eligible for a reimbursement as by placing an order with Dignitii you have agreed to our terms and policies before checking out. If the package is returned to our warehouse, a shipping & handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

WORLD WIDE SHIPPING

 All orders** are processed and packed within 24 hours of placement excluding weekends and public holidays. 

**Except Pre-Orders. The estimated time during a pre-sale will be written on the pre-sale product page.

If you combine a pre-sale item with an available item, we will ship your order only when your pre-sale item becomes available.

 

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, holiday periods, weekends and severe weather.  We are not responsible for stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order.  If the wrong delivery address is provided, Dignitii cannot offer reimbursement for this package.

 

RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY

30 DAY WORLDWIDE FREE EXCHANGES AND RETURNS**

If you're having a second thought about an item, do not sweat. We offer returns within 30 days from delivery date. You can exchange your product, return your product for store credit or get a refund to the original payment method.

 Conditions for an eligible return:

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use (must look like new). Not used nor washed (only try-on).
  • Your gear should have the original zipper bag and tags attached.
  • Swimwear should not have ever been worn in water nor washed and the adhesive protective hygiene sticker must not be removed.
  • Must be received within 30 days of purchase.

Items received after 30 days from the date received will not be eligible for reimbursement.

We reserve the right to not reimburse an item if these above requirements are not respected. 

If your return is rejected (item has a smell, dirt marks, has a cut/hole, washed or missing tags or hygiene sticker for swimwear), you will not receive a reimbursement and you have to pay the shipping fees to get your items shipped back to you, otherwise your item will be discarded or donated. 

*All items labeled with FINAL SALE  are final sales and cannot be returned nor exchanged. 

HOW DOES IT WORK?

**To enjoy FREE exchanges and returns for store credit, you must select the "Free exchanges and returns for store credit for $2 via Re:do" under the buy button on the product page. 

Free exchanges

When selected, we will cover your return shipping label for an exchange or return for store credits on the entire order (no matter how many products you add). We will also cover the shipping fee for the exchange. If you choose to receive a refund instead, you will be charged the return label fee.

If you do not select it  when placing your order, you will not be eligible for Free Exchanges and Return for Store Credit. You will have to cover the return shipping fee and exchange fee. The Free Exchanges and Return for store credit for $2 offer is only available at the time of purchase and cannot be redeemed after your order is fulfilled.

 

**The shipping fee you paid when you first made the purchase is not reimbursable.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel an order* only if your order has not been fulfilled yet. If your item has been fulfilled you cannot cancel your order. You would have to wait until you receive your order and request a return.

*If you PREORDERED an item, you cannot cancel your pre-order. You would have to wait until you receive your items and request a return.
